I run into no reason to exercise every bit the repairer suggested, every bit that won't actually get you back to the original OS. In such a case a "Difficult Reset" would work just fine (unless the device was rooted). While y'all tin dorsum up any files, you tin can't back up whatsoever apps and there is truly no guaranty that it would aid.

To be honest, since it is just one app, I can't meet it being the Bone as the problem. Information technology is more likely it isn't working correctly (the app) and the creators well may not care about the upshot. Wouldn't be the showtime time I take seen that. You may want to attempt a different app and meet if it works for you lot. I am sure there are other ones of a similar nature. Also, if you paid for that app, I would ask for a refund.

Effort turning the phone off, and then starting it upward in "Safe Style". Then get into your apps (settings... apps... all...) and see if at that place is any installed app listed that could be the crusade. It doesn't accept to exist named the same or fifty-fifty similar. Non fifty-fifty if there is an app named in the mistake. Should this plough up nothing, then it may actually exist a flaw in the apps info itself. I would go back and make certain that the phone you are trying to use it on fits with the specs for the app. And should that atomic number 82 nowhere, try contacting the apps creators. They may know a reason for the flaw, or need to look into it.

To get into "Safe Fashion" please do the following.

one. Showtime turn off the phone.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until y'all see the manufacturers logo on the screen, and so release the power push.

3. "Quickly" press "Book Downwards" and concur it for few seconds until you come across the bulletin "Safe way: ON" or something similar.

four. If you wanted disable it, but repeat the steps to a higher place, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.

Thank you for the prompt response. Your suggestion still doesn't solve problem.
I did contact the apps supplier in Google Play Store "Pleco Chinese English Lexicon", but they could not help either. My phone is the LG G3 Model D855. No trouble installing other apps except for this particular one which is quite strange. Another phone repairer suggested that information technology is a firmware issue and that I should flash the firmware back to factory setting which means that all my data will exist wipe out, just they could not guarantee that problem will be solved.
